野崎2号はくさいは芯まで真っ白い早生系品種のハクサイで愛知の伝統野菜です。野崎白菜」は明治時代に山東菜を野崎徳四郎氏が日本の風土に合うように改良した日本初となる結球白菜です。大正5年から栽培が始まりました。肉質が柔らかくて瑞々しく食味が良いのが特徴です。
