A.
It is also possible to use it privately without displaying it on the MAP. Select the user icon on the site and set the public setting to private from the vege SPOT registration.
Q.
Can I change the position of the pins on the MAP? 
A.
The position of the displayed pins can be changed. Select the user icon on the site, register for vege SPOT, and change the position of the pins on the MAP.
Q.
I have multiple farms, can I register more than one vege SPOT? 
A.
The ability to register multiple vege SPOTs will be released soon.
Q.
If I make a mistake in the start date or growing stage of a vegetable, can I correct it? 
A.
You can change the cultivation start date and cultivation stage. Select the user icon on the site and change the start date and growing stage from the vegetables you are growing.
Q.
I feel like the vegetables shown are harvested at a slightly different time of year, is it correct? 
A.
If the climate in your area is very different from that in other areas, such as cold or warm regions, the harvest season may be delayed. The accuracy of the AI may also be improved with the cooperation of the users. The details will be released at a later date.

I can't sign in, what should I do? 
A.
Select "Unable to log in" or "Forgot your password" on the screen and follow the guidance to reset your password.
Q.
I haven't received a password reset (password recovery) email. 
A.
If you have a spam filter, please set it to allow you to receive mail from the @plantio.com domain. Please note that if you are using free email (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.), there is a possibility that your email will be placed in a spam folder. If you do not receive an email after the above settings and confirmation, please sign up again with a different email address.

Where can I download the app "grow GO" from?

You can download it from the QR code on the site.

There is a vegetable garden on the roof of my condominium for residents to use.

It is also possible to use it only among a limited number of users such as apartment dwellers. After setting vege SPOT to private, tap the relevant vege SPOT on the MAP of the application "grow GO", tap the + from the follow at the top of the vege SPOT, search and add the user you want to invite.
